London is at a genuinely exciting moment.
We're seeing record numbers of new housing going up, parks and community spaces being revitalized, and innovative programs like office-to-residential conversions and micro-modular shelters marking real progress on some of the hardest problems we've faced.
That work didn't happen by accident. Council and I committed to taking on the big issues and finding solutions, because making those tough calls is the job.
There's still a lot to do on affordability, safety, and making sure this progress reaches every neighbourhood and every Londoner.
