We will accelerate affordable, supportive, market-rate, office-to-residential, and heritage-to-residential housing conversions. Empty buildings should become homes, underutilized spaces should become community.

Our cultural identity should create jobs, welcome visitors, build civic pride, and strengthen economic resilience. We will use London’s UNESCO designation to build our music industry, enrich our neighbourhoods, boost our tourism, drive our festivals, and create local superstars.

Downtown should be the place people want to live and visit, not avoid. We will enhance a vision by making the core London’s cultural hub, with more events, hospitality, public spaces, and reasons to experience it year-round. We will partner with other large cities and the federal government to make vibrant, thriving, safe downtowns the focus of a national nation-building project. Londoners will see the transformation from commercial to a vibrant neighbourhood, welcoming all Londoners. We will celebrate the merchants, businesses, fill underutilized space, and build a core for the future, not the past.

Every Londoner deserves to feel safe, welcome, and included in their community, especially those who have historically faced barriers, discrimination, or exclusion. It is about designing public spaces, programs, services, and neighbourhoods where people can participate with dignity and confidence. A stronger London is one where everyone has a place, everyone has a voice, and everyone can feel at home.

We will cut red tape and work with partners to make it easier to create new childcare spaces across London. We need to actively support efforts to create more childcare spaces.

We will expand practical, dignified shelter options while continuing to push for the provincial and federal investments needed to address homelessness at its roots. With provincial support, we can build on our success and ensure more Londoners have shelter options.

We will renew the Neighbourhood Parks Improvement Fund. We have delivered major park improvements across the city, and over the next four years, we will build on that progress with new and revitalized parks, trails, play spaces, and gathering places.

A thriving downtown needs exceptional services and opportunities. Through a public-private partnership, we will create a premier parking facility in the heart of the city, designed with modern amenities, convenient access, EV charging, and secure bike storage, while building a foundation for new opportunities where the sky is the limit.

Londoners working in industrial parks, hospitals, restaurants, entertainment, and overnight operations need reliable service beyond 11 p.m. We will launch an Alternative Delivery Service to reach more neighbourhoods and employment areas, service better hours, and focus our efforts, so Londoners have more access when and where they need it.

We will finish and open the rapid transit corridors already underway, then continue planning for the next phase of a connected citywide network.

We will complete the Wharncliffe Road underpass and move quickly on proactive improvements at Bostwick Road and Bradley Avenue. Infrastructure should lead growth, not chase it.

The TVP is one of London’s greatest natural assets. We will close gaps, improve access, and connect more neighbourhoods to this citywide treasure that creates one of the best offroad experiences in North America.

London is a regional hub. We will strengthen transportation connections with neighbouring communities, advocate for improved rail service, and pursue more destinations from London International Airport.

We will continue working with federal and provincial partners to secure grants and exceed the level of government investment brought to London over the next four years.

We will hold property tax increases in the 3% range over the next four years by focusing on disciplined budgeting, responsible growth, smarter use of every tax dollar, and getting London’s fair share from Ottawa and Queen’s Park. London families and businesses deserve stability they can plan around, without sacrificing the investments needed to build housing, improve infrastructure, and keep our city moving forward.

We will reduce commercial vacancies through targeted community improvement programs, an aggressive economic development strategy, and a new strategic-assets development program to drive development.

A strong credit rating means cheaper borrowing and more money available for services and infrastructure. We will manage London’s finances with the same discipline families and businesses use every day.

Every tax dollar should produce visible value: housing, transit, parks, roads, public safety, libraries, and community services. We will keep making strategic investments instead of pushing essential work onto the next generation.

Cities are responsible for more services and infrastructure than ever, but they still rely on a taxation system designed 150 years ago. We will lead the advocacy for a fairer, more sustainable system with provincial and federal governments.

Major projects like the Emergency Services Campus, and both the northwest and southeast community centres require collaboration. We will keep bringing governments, institutions, businesses, and community partners together around projects that genuinely improve London.
